Welcome to Maui Vista 2-301, everything in this condo was selected to set the tone for your ultimate tropical Maui vacation, from the locally sourced beach art to the comfortable island-style furnishings. Located a close walk to Charlie Young and Kamaole I Beach, this air-conditioned vacation condo has a fully equipped kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, premium cable, and comfortable accommodations for four guests.

With its preferred third floor location in quiet Building II, the end location offers additional windows and more natural light to showcase the cool, contemporary theme. It's located in the heart of South Kihei, adjacent to the spectacular Kamaole Beaches, a close by walk. Just across the street you can snorkel, relax on one of the best beaches in Hawaii, snorkel, kayak, standup paddleboard, and even learn to surf at The Cove, a block away.

Bedding includes a comfortable and high quality King, and sleeper sofa in the living room, with excellent privacy between the two. Beautiful wood floors and local Hawaiiana art create a great atmosphere for your beach vacation.

The kitchen was set up with every implement and small appliance you can imagine, and hosts four for dinner with no problem (there's also a gas grill outside for your use). See swaying palms from your third floor lanai. There is a washer-dryer in the unit. You'll find beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. The property features three pools, tennis courts, and free parking near your unit. The unit is professionally managed and maintained by a top on-island management company, and cleanliness and excellence are guaranteed.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Very Convenient Location at Maui Vista
This was our 2nd stay at this complex. We were in Bldg 2 and it was quiet and away from traffic noise. The convenience factors of having CY Beach a 5 minute walk, and having a choice of walkable restaurants and shopping venues is a plus for Maui Vista. It is an easy ride to Maalaea Harbor for whale watching and to UpCountry as well for many other things to do.

We celebrated our wedding & honey moon here! Fantastic condo! We would love to stay again! Its a cute space with ease of access to the surrounding area. Only complaint would be the constant spam emails to sign up for the condo's newsletter (multiple p/day).

The condo was beautiful and fairly well stocked. We have stayed at others that supplied some coffee samples for those late night arrivals and others with more beach gear but otherwise I wouldn't complain. We had a fantastic trip and didn't want to leave.

Overall a good place to stay. It could use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint and new air conditioners as they were a little noisy. We had all the amenities we needed and the property managers were quick to respond and great to deal with.

Enjoyed this condo and it is super close to beaches etc. food can get a little pricey so having a small kitchen to heat up leftovers and even have a quick breakfast was super nice. We will most definitely be back! We traveled all over the entire island and found the location to be super convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for what we wanted to do, the complex was nice, however we were unable to use the BBQs because the proper utensils were not provided. Otherwise we enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it

Family Getaway
The location of this property was perfect. Fairly central to a lot of activities we did on Maui. It was within walking distance to two amazing beaches and excellent dining. The many different sets of tennis courts and pools were great. The pools were small but my teens managed to find times that they could have it to themselves so then it was okay. My only complaint about this property is it wasn’t clean. In fact, I’m unsure if the cleaning was missed before we checked in. I ended up washing all of our bedding and would have washed the bathroom and floors myself if the proper supplies had been available. The washer and dryer was great to have to stay on top of washing towels and clothes before we moved onto our next stop. The air conditioning was a huge relief after a full day outside in the heat.

Location of the property is great and within walking distance for food and activities. Unit is quite and not too close to the elevator. The cleaning and personal hygiene supplies were plentiful. The master bedroom air conditioner is functional but it could use an update since it doesn’t cool the room very well. The only major complaint was the pillows as they have lots of yellow stains on them.

We had a great time. There were a few problems with screens and the refrigerator door handle, but we called and people literally showed up the same day. The area is very walkable to restaurants, grocery store, parks and beaches. Enjoyed our stay.

family friendly and professionally managed
maui vista condo is ideally located close to family friendly beaches. The kitchen is really fully equipped with toaster, coffe machine etc Beds are confortable and recent. All surface were sparkling clean. We had a few desagrements but they have been addressed professionally addressed. The property would benefit from being disemcumbered from some unnecessary deco ( plastic flowers and empty boxes ...) and of more than necessary blankets.

Fantastic condo and great location!
This condo is exactly what is represented in the photos and was exactly what we were looking for - clean, great location, quiet, comfortable king bed, no carpet, laundry in unit, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and so much more! Added bonus were all of the extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towel, water filter, great wifi, etc. The management was attentive and quick to respond to any questions. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great place!
We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean, quiet and not far from the beach. The property management team was available for us if anything came up and we had everything we needed! The facility is well maintained and everyone we encountered there seemed very friendly. I would love to stay here again!
