Located on the 4th floor, closest unit to the elevator (which is also the elevator that is closest to the covered and open air parking lot), very spacious fully-appointed condominium with vaulted ceilings. Vented skylights, lanai with outdoor dining, showing off the gorgeous view of ocean and West Maui! New Ductless Split unit A/C installed in bedrooms and main living area Completed January 2020.
Great location and family friendly! The perfect condo for you to relax in and enjoy having everything within walking distance. Accessible for people with disabilities, however the bathrooms do not provide enough space for direct transfers from wheelchair to toilet. BBQ your dinner on the gas-fired BBQ’s, play a game of pickle ball, swim in the on-site pool or soak in the hot tub, play some golf at the nearby Wailea and Makena courses, or take the very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and beaches! The gentle waves of Kamaole I are a short 300 foot stroll away- great for families and seniors! A fabulous soft sand beach with warm blue waters is surrounded by soft grass and is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, learning to surf and sunbathing! Condo’s central location puts everything you need for an ideal vacation right at your fingertips! Wonderful vacation

this was the nicest and most well equipped condo I have stayed at on Maui. The location was great , both for the Kameole beaches and surrounding shops and restaurants.The 3 bedrooms were great for our 6 family members. In addition to the pool and hot tub, the pickle ball court and shuffelboard courts provided more fun opportunities. Mahalo from Minnesota

A week in Paradise

The property is an ideal location, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach, The home is very comfortably furnished, the kitchen was remarkably equipped with everything a cook could want! Beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect for us. Our family consisted of seven adults, three generations. It was very well stocked, had plenty of room and enough comfy beds. The location is excellent for the Kehei area, and the owners provided lots of helpful information. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay on vacation

Nice space, large enough to comfortably accommodate 3 adults and 2 children. Pool and outdoor space were clean and inviting. Airconditioning kept us cool. Location is close to the beach and many activities. We had a little difficulty contacting owners on day of arrival but they were pleasant and otherwise easy to communicate with. We would stay there again and recommend!

Home was perfect for our stay… but instructions could’ve been a bit more clear for parking

The home had everything we needed and even more. I didn’t notice until our last day that there were beach chairs and more beach gear for us to use. Everything was honestly perfect. Instructions weren’t really accurate for parking, I ended up getting a violation the first night which I think was just a warning. Host was unresponsive to my messages until the last day.

We were very pleased with all this property gave usKitchen was well stocked with cookware and the fridge freezer was ample big enough to hold a good size trip to Costco for 5 days of food for 8 adults. BBQ was very good.We made grrat use of the patio.

Awesome location if you like to snorkel without driving,

Great place, I did parking elevator work. Gand was a 4 or 5 minute walk to beach one and which twhich was some of the best snorkeling I've ever seen.

Wonderful place

The location of this place is fantastic and the pool was great for my littles. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first time in Hawaii. The only struggle was it got bright in the house at 5:30 am so my kids were up very early because there is no way to keep the light out of the upstairs or the bedroom

Great Location

The location was great. The condo was only a 5 min walk to several beautiful beaches, different restaurants and central location which made sightseeing throughout the island easy and enjoyable. We also used the pool and Hot tub everyday. We would rent this unit again.

Amazing location right across the street from Kam 1

We had an absolute great time at Arlie's place. Location is great to lots of good food and right across from Kam 1 beach. Kids loved being able to use the boogie boards and adults loved the Tommy bahama chairs available to take down to the beach. Thanks!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. We were a group of 8 family 4 plus two set of grandparents and there was enough space for everyone. We enjoyed being able to cook some meals in as well as eat out on many of the restaurants within walking distance. We spent a lot of time at Kamaole Beach 1 which was a short walk ( even for littles) and prefect for snorkeling, swimming and using boogie boards. We appreciated the using the beach supplies provided ( beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards). The lanai was large and offered ocean views and we could see whale slashes :) Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise.

The center of everything

Pros: A great overall choice. Central location. Large condo. Literally everything you need. Some household items provided that u wouldn't expect. Many thoughtful ideas and we felt at home there. Can't hear neighbors. Cons: Some things need updating windows etc. master room slider would not lock. Could use a deep cleaning after each guest. Ex. Under bed behind dressers. Would we stay again? Absolutely

Nice place, nice view, near the ocean, comfortable beds, nice pickle ball court, everything you need to play and board games, beach stuff like snorkels, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs and even a cooler. Amazing location, Condo and Owners

This is as good as it gets. Our family of 6 (adult parents and children/spouses - all from GEORGIA :) ) stayed here in June. The location is perfect and truly has an amazing view from the deck. The beach across the road is great, we even got to swim with Sea Turtles that were feeding. Great convenience to stores/groceries and truly a peaceful, well kept complex. There was plenty of room and comfort for our family and a very well equipped kitchen. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. This deserves the 5 star rating. Grateful this property is available to share with us!
