All in all, the room was very nice and clean with good amenities. There were plenty of towels, the refrigerator worked well, and the beds were comfy. I would have liked more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom to hang the towels. Essentially, there was only one hook on the door.
All staff we encountered were very helpful - front desk, valet (especially Marcos!), housekeeping, restaurant, casino.
Although I had requested a handicap-accessible room, our initial reservation was not for that type of room. I'm not sure if that was a miscommunication through Expedia or the hotel. The room was quicikly switched. I don't know how it would have worked if the hotel hadn't been full. The room did not have an automatic door, and the door itself was stiff to open. One also had to be careful with the shower as it could splash water from the shower door into the bathroom itself quickly. The hot water took several minutes to reach our room and the pressure was less than I wanted, although not terrible.
With a few tweaks, this room would have been excellent all around.
