Forest Fun: Brand New Killington Condo, 2RM 612

Our renovated condo on the main access road in Killington, VT is the perfect place to stay for your mountain vacation. This one-bedroom, two-bathroom unit will sleep up to 6 people and has all the amenities you could need - amazing shower, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, air conditioning, washer/dryer, common swimming pool, smart TVs with streaming services, and more. You'll be staying in luxury while you enjoy skiing, snowboarding, golf, biking or just getting away. The master bedroom features a king bedroom that may be split into two twin XL beds for maximum flexibility.

Looking for more space? Book our hotel-room style condo next door and sleep an additional four people. Ask us for more details.

Our condo sleeps two people in the master bedroom king bed (which can also be set up as two twin XL beds) with ensuite bathroom and another four people in the main studio on our two sofa beds. In summer, the private patio has chairs, table and an electric grill.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

Enjoyable visit to Killington to see Fall Leaves Driving along scenic VT 100
Property is in an ideal location for taking in Vermont's beautiful fall foliage. Killington is in the middle of the scenic highway VT-100. Killington itself has lots of hiking we discovered on our last day which was really nice. Beautiful open vistas and trails open and through the forest. The condo was very functional. Biggest complaint was that the heater unit in the bedroom is very noisy when it runs. On second day we discovered that by using the gas fireplace and two baseboard electric heaters in the bathroom the noisy unit in master bedroom wasn't needed and we turned it down. Besides that we had an issue with the water not turning on fully in master bedroom sink and water in master bathroom shower not being very hot. The condo has a second full bath so we just used that which worked out fine. The gas fireplace is a nice feature and overall we enjoyed our stay. It's got a nice TV with good internet service

I gave this stay a 4 star rating, though I'd prefer to give a 4.5 star. The property is as described in the listing. It's clean and tidy, which I appreciate having been in the hospitality business for 30 years! A few issues arose which were promptly addressed by Dave and the prop mgmt staff. (Thank you!) My quibble: the king size bed in the bedroom. I understand the desire to make it convertible to two single beds. But there's a comfort compromise as a result. The mattresses appear to be just thick foam rubber wrapped in protective sheeting. There's no box spring or foundation. All of which tends to sleep hard on older bones, backs and hips. We used extra blankets and comforters to provide more cushioning. Ideally, in my rentals I'd opt to provide a very comfortable king size bed (actually a queen would fit the space better) rather than the current set up. That said, I've had a ski rental and understand the desire to provide the separate bed option. Overall, a very good experience but for the bed. Thanks.

We stayed during the week in January and pretty much had the entire complex to ourselves. The property was just as advertised in all respects - excellent condition, spotless , well appointed , just 5 minute drive to Killington mountain and top of that it was very good value. We would recommend the property to friends and family. All appliances were in excellent condition and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. We a little trouble getting the hang of the heating units and bedrooom unit sounded as if a part needed a bit lubrication.
