The location was perfect—close to the main attractions, restaurants, and beautiful nature spots. My room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had a nice view, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were always ready to help with any requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. One of the highlights was the breakfast service, which offered a variety of fresh options to start the day. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a true getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Owen Sound, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful team! Taylor, Jason and Yvon were super helpful when we had to change rooms (hockey tournament kid hallway fun!) had the best stay at a Hotel in a long while. There is a lovely trail right on the waterfront just out front of the Hotel. Great little restaurant on site too!

Room was clean, food was good, staff was friendly. It was nice to walk along the bay and enjoy the peace and quiet of the place. Since I was travelling alone, I really appreciated the extra security that was in place on the third floor. Your room key was required to unlock the hall door leading to the rooms.

Lovely Hotel and Will Be Back
This is a great Hotel for our 3 night stay. We had a Ground Floor King Room with Sofa Bed. The Hotel accommodated our Non Stairs request. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with a private view to the bay. We would certainly use this Hotel again. The only issues were that the room has no microwave, make heating up an order in meal difficult, unless we walked to the Lobby. There was no complimentary breakfast at the associated restaurant, but there should have been a discount for guests. There was also no prepared coffee or tea in the Lobby other then the morning. Aside, all went well, we were happy. We had no room service during the three days, but we realized after that we had to put out the tag on our door. We were not told about that at check-in. Our garbage was getting full.

Walkable. Lovely waterfront trails and Ferry access. Pool area was a fog of chlorine! I coughed for 30 min after leaving the poor area. Ventilation issue? Was looking forward to a swim. Room smelt like stale smoke. Maybe carpet fresh would help. Paying for parking is shocking after hotel price!
