The worst experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so I expected some things to be out of order and not the best, but to be woken up in the middle of the. Ight to a false fire alarm that couldn’t be shut off and no other rooms available, is not how I expected to end my night in Kingman, or should I say Phoenix as that is where I ended up since Hilton couldn’t accommodate me anywhere else in Kingman.

One elevator was unusable due to construction. The furnishings in the lobby were worn and looked unclean. The breakfast was very good.

The night desk manager provided excellent customer service and made sure we had everything we needed when we checked in late with kids in tow. The breakfast attendant was on top of keeping the area clean and tidy and the food well stocked. I would stay here again.

It was very easy to find the hotel after a long day of driving. I appreciated having the option to purchase a microwavable meal to have in my room. In my 3rd-floor room, I liked that the bed faced the window, where I could look out at the lights of Kingman. This room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and I like that there was an iron and hair dryer available. Breakfast was tasty with lots of good choices, hot and cold!

We are regular customers of Hampton Inns. Usually our stay is great and staff is wonderful. This time we had issues. We walked in our mini suite and there was no microwave, no desk chair, no clock and no ice bucket. These things may sound minor but we were there for 5 days. So when the email came from Carissa, "how is your room?" we told her what was missing. By the next morning we were happy. Carissa and our maintenance gentleman made it perfect. Thank you to staff for working so hard to make it right. Evidently, the building had just renovated the 4th floor and staff was just hitting their stride. Kudos to all and highly recommend this hotel.

Handy hotel, modernised, good breakfast!
We stayed here for one night. It is a lovely modern hotel. The rooms were being redecorated either side of us. The noise didn't affect us as workman finished when we checked in and started after we checked out. It was a great sized room with a huge comfy bed. There was a hairdryer. Delicious breakfast with waffle maker. Teas and coffees are available any time at reception. We would stay here again.
