I called them before reserving, asking for late check out (5pm because I had work). The person who answered said it was fine. I proceeded to book through Expedia and left a “special instruction”. When I arrived, the reception said late check out was only possible until 12pm and made it seem like she was doing us a favour. When we got into the room, the temperature was set very high (in the 30s) and the room had a weird smell. We left the door open to let the room cool down. Next day, we checked out at 12 and a different reception person said “12 is too late”. I told him the other reception person said 12 was fine and he asked me “who?” How am I supposed to know who works your shifts. Overall an unpleasant experience. The only nice thing was the cleaner who knocked on our door and smiled with joy at seeing my dog.

The room was nothing like in the pictures. It was and very old room and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and it looked that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were bugs everywhere (death and alive) and it's not even summer. Dust and the carpet was really dirty. Not recommended at all. The price is too high for the state of the rooms and the hotel overall. I would never ever trust any Expedia rate again.

Hotel needs love!
The service was very good but the rate is too expansive for the room we had. This hotel need refreshement ans many reparations. Forget the breakfast! Yogourt, granola bar, coffee and juice!

The room itself was clean in terms of carpeting and the bedding. It could use a deep clean. The bathroom door around the handle is dirty, the water blasts through the shower curtain making the bathroom floor wet, the taps in the bathtub didn’t turn off all the way. The television was all prerecorded programs. The walls could use a wipe down. The service was ok, we had to ask for soap and toiletries. Check-in and out was easy.
