Absolutely top notch hotel. Better than any other similar rated establishment. The interior is stunning and you get a true sense of this being a restored historical place. The wellness centre in the basement is amazing. The staff was amazing - courteous, friendly. The only things I would have preferred was tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and extr pillows available, but Im sure I could have asked for that. Restaurant is expensive. Will most certainly go there again on my next stay at Krakow

This property is located increadibly close to the Christmas market and beautifully located near many attractions in Krakow. The hotel restaurant is delicious and the bar makes great drinks. The only negative is that the walls are a bit thin and the noice from the hallway can be heard very easily from the room.

A great place in a central location. It's a one minute stroll to the main square with lots of food and drink options. Rooms were very stylish and a little different to the norm. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice looking restaurant, but possibly a bit overpriced for the area. Some of the fancy lighting in the room didnt work properly. All in all, a great few nights away.

This hotel is superb. The style combines modern and traditional which goes well with the surrounding Krakow old town. The spa facilities were fantastic with pool, sauna, and steam room I didn’t want to leave the hotel!
