The location is excellent. Several big shopping centers close by. Walking distance to the MTR station and Star Derry Terminal. My room in the Ocean View Wing is big and spacious with a great view of the Victoria Harbour. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous, very professional.

Stayed here for 8 days. The location is excellent. Close to transportation hubs such as high speed trains, MTR, AirPort Express station and China ferry terminal. Lots dinning options around the hotels.Staffs are friendly and alway helpful.

Upon entering the facility lobby, we were greeted with an overbearing diffuser scent which was totally chemically scented. Their rooms were nice on the 16th floor, but again the room carpet had a pungent aroma. The restaurant buffet was very disappointing given that no one bothered to ask us what main course to choose (we sat around more than 15min to finally grab someone’s attention). The worst part-after waiting over 40min for the main course to arrive, their risottos were not cooked and its taste were very unappetizing. cons: comfy beds, nice size bathroom and pleasant staff, “Ming” who helped us with our luggages and waited for our Uber to arrive.

A very glitzy old-fashioned hotel on many levels, not easy for a disabled person to deal with. I provided all the information the hotel asked for in advance, the person at check-in then asked for it all again!

There was a strong musky smell in the room. Even with 2 air purifiers on, the smell was still there. Sink was not working properly. Table lamps and some corners of the room were very dusty.

Good service and excellent location.
Very convenient location. All the staff including front desk and room cleaners were courteous and performed their duties very professionally. The room in the tower section is very nice but the room in the hotel section is a bit too small although we can’t compare between the two given the difference in daily rate. Another plus is the hotel is next to the Xiqu Centre where one can walk through the tunnel to the Kowloon train station with speed train connecting directly to the airport. Another comment is the thermostat did not seem to work properly. The fan even when set to minimum was still going quite strong, making it a bit chilly in the winter month. The temperature in the room also did not reach up to the temperature set at the thermostat. We set the thermostat at 25 degree Celsius but the room stayed at 23 degrees. Overall, it is a very nice hotel that I will certainly consider to stay in my next trip to HK.

very old and unhygienic room facilities, there was a vomit dried out on the carpet and it was not cleaned until the day of check out. Air purifier was covered with some dark liquid and was not cleaned until the day of check out either.

The property was situated right on Canton road (tons of luxury shopping at your fingertips) and a couple blocks down from Victoria harbour. Very walkable. The room itself was looking tired although very clean. And maybe that’s because we just stayed in a basic suite, I would assume given the location and clients we seen checking in that they likely would have had a nicer tower full of renovated rooms. Just not what I was expecting for Hong Kong although we were only there for the one night stay.
