Everything about Bracka 6 is fabulous from the location to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the cleanliness of the apartments which had everything you could possibly need. The icing on the cake was the small gift on the second day and the beautiful Christmas decorations. Thoroughly recommend

This was an amazing studio apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We couldn’t fault the cleanliness and communication. Location was fantastic for the old town and staff were able to book tours and airport transfers. Definitely recommend.

The apartment is very nice and very clean. Is in a really good location only 1 min walk from the main square in Krakow old town. We only rated a 3 because of the lack of sound proofing and no blackout curtains. We could hear the noise of the streets all night which unfortunately kept us awake, and then when we eventually fell asleep we were woken at 6am when the sun came up as no blackout curtains. No other issues, room was perfect size and staff were very nice and polite. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a bit of noise and being woken early by the sun. Maybe winter time would be best to stay when sun rises later.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Front desk hours are limited and located on the second floor of the building. The hotel has to communicate and leave instructions on how to enter the building as we were let in from a very friendly resident. Great restaurants around and the atmosphere was amazing.

We stayed in apartment 2.8 and it was fabulous. A really large apartment with great amenities. Excellent location, 1 minute walk to the square. Lift access for anyone that needs it. Excellent communication from reception and helpful with any requests we made. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The apartment is in a very quiet location, yet less that one minute walk to the main square where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen, super-comfortable king size bed and a great shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful - our request for extra pillows was dealt with immediately. We would highly recommend staying at this property for anyone visiting Krakow - you will not be disappointed.
