Basic clean 1 night bolt-hole, under poss refurb.
I stayed one night, arriving close to 1.00am by taxi. Had it been daylight I may have asked to change the room. Certainly clean. Certainly basic. Old sheets and towels, though clean.

The hotel is about couple of minutes walking distance to KL Sentral. It’s in an Indian neighborhood. The lobby and hallways are clean but there was a dead roach in the hallway and one that I killed in my room. Can’t complain because the room was free except for the taxes. The towels were brownish and nasty. Grabbed a fresh one from the lobby and it was better? Only stayed for one night. But hey can’t complain since it was practically free!

It is good. But first day they offer 2 small rooms for us. It was difficult because 2 children and faher and mother. They told the room booked by us under repair. But next 2 days gave the required room(2 double bed and attached bathroom). Space is tight and difficult with luggage. Friendly management

Avoid at all costs
Don’t even dare leave anything in your room if you’re staying more than one night! Hotel staff checked out and had my room cleaned up (with personal items missing and drinks discarded) owing to apparent miscommunication and mix-up with another room number. Pray tell me how and why would someone check out when so much stuff is left behind in the hotel room (It’s obviously the wrong room!). Overall, maintenance also lacking and small roaches seen running around the floor. Very bad soundproofing (corridor talk and other sounds in neighbouring rooms easily heard) and also stench of smoking wafted into the room several times. Well that explains, you get what you pay (little) for!

Always Happy to Stay at EuroLife
I always love staying at EuroLife because I know exactly what to expect. It's going to be a tiny room, but somehow still stocked with everything I need - toiletries, fridge, hairdryer, electric tea kettle, and great aircon. No matter what time of day or night I arrive, there's always going to be an exceptionally helpful and kind person working the front desk. And, when I get up in the morning to hustle off to my bus, I'm always thankful that I chose to stay at a hotel so incredibly close to the bus station.

worst experience from your website, i booked 27th april 2019, but i called the hotel ,they say there is no confirmation from hotels.com , i have call your representative, and once i call hotel, but they replied the room is not available what i book , they alloted 2 separate rooms 1 in ground floor and 5th floor, the next day they allocated family room but with no window , there is no emergency gen set , last 2 days there is no power in night times m we cannot sleep ,

Not clean enough
Stayed in a family room #301 on 30 Mar 2019 having 1 big bed, 1 small bed and a window. Fast wifi in room. Water boiler, 3 bottles of water and small fridge are appreciated. Whether the swing mode is off or on, aircon was still shaking and making noise. Overall ok to stay but not clean enough (the floor under beds, stains in bed sheets). I'm ok with stains from previous guests as it is just the color which stays on after the washing, not dirty. Just that when we slept on the beds, we didn't have the feeling of clean and newly made beds like in other hotels of the same price. Asked the Housekeeper and he said bed sheets were always changed. Maybe the layers under the bed sheet have not been changed or washed for a while or the bed sheets are not new enough to give the clean feelings. As we had made another booking long time ago, the next day we checked out to check in another room which was a Deluxe #503 and we liked this room more even though it's smaller & has no window. Quiet and effective aircon. Nice staff at Lobby and Housekeeping but sorry next time I'll choose newer hotels.

Cold air conditioning, warm shower, convenient to have kettle and fridge. I prefer not to have housekeeping but they gladly gave coffee to cover the days I was there. Ant problem on the kettle table and bathroom sink. Close to the mall for shopping and a great gym in the mall Celebrity Fitness. Buses, metro, subway all just a few minutes away. 12 ringgit for a bus to or from the airport to KL Sentral. Lots of restaurants with varying prices to choose from. Be sure to count your change and get a receipt from the 7/11 that faces the main mall. Tried to short change me twice.
