DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!! the worst hotel I've ever been to, very dirty and nothing like the photos, we asked to cancel the reservation and they said they would
cancel... after we left they said they would no longer refund the money.
we were robbed by the hotel, worst experience!!
food not foreigners indonesian only and not nice at all we buy our food all time from market don’t believe pictures the realty is very different. never go back there .
Even during the covid slowness, this pace maintained their superb cleanliness and service.l (I even checked in quite late and they were still there to greet me). The room was really clean and the decorations were unique and adorable.

Basic Comfort & Clean
Location of the hotel is average and hotel meets basic levels of comfort. However it's clean and staff are friendly.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly! The room was very nice also, but there were a few bugs flying around and also a lot of noise could be heard from outside our room.
Restaurant,Lobby looked beautiful and Staff seemed very professional. Rooms seemed a bit tired and not so clean (or I was unlucky). Also The Pool looked very different than in the fotos. Not inviting at all and pool area seemed like it had not been cleaned in a while.
It would be a very cute Hotel if they trained the cleaning staff a bit more and fixed up the rooms a bit .
All in all it was fine.
Staff were amazing and friendly, only issue was discoloration on one sheet (looked like they tried to bleach areas) definitely would stay again!

About 20 minute walk from the central Kuta area. Although stated in Hotel Amenities that there is a restaurant facility, my view is that it is a cafe not a restaurant. We were not aware that alcohol was not served or permitted in the property until we booked in - (our mistake - we missed the information in the We Should Mention section).
The staff however were very polite and friendly and handled any questions we had clearly and efficiently. There were people from many different countries staying at the hotel, and they appeared to handle conversing with them all very easily.
I needed to stay at Halal Hotel and it did just that. Stayed 6 nights with family in 2 business rooms. I must say they have excellent staff as this is not my first visit to Bali. Breakfast definitely need changing, very limited and repetitive, don't even mind paying extra if needed be.Coffee certainly very watered down.Rooms are small. Far from tourists' areas. Walking is difficult due to terrible road conditions.
