The hotel was a great option for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel and staff were very kid friendly. Hotel is conveniently located a 7-10 minute walk from Kyoto station. All the Front Desk team was especially helpful. When I needed help with translating something for a pharmacy, Miyaki at the Front Desk was wonderful and wrote out the whole explanation in Japanese for the pharmacist. Our only minor gripe is that the blackout curtains let in some light so the room gets bright by 6am (in summer).

This place is really good place to stay, I like the room very clean and the staff very nice but the only downfall on this place I wish they have clothes dryer, drying the clothes air dry make your clothes very stingky and the pillow is not good it’s always flat gives me headache every morning and that’s sucks

It was a good spot for our family to stay for a couple days. The room was big enough for everyone and the separate sleeping room allowed for quiet naps if needed. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The drying system was a little difficult to use and did not get our clothes dry over night. Be aware that it is not a standard clothes dryer if that is what you are looking for.

Very nice and clean hotel. Walking distance from Kyoto station with a huge mall right next door. Staff all very helpful and spoke very good english. Plenty of space for us and 3 teenagers.

Excellent hotel in every possible way.
Spacious rooms, great for a family of 4 or more. Very clean, practical, excellent location, and very friendly and helpful staff. The room had an eating area and a small kitchen, a washer for laundry, two futons and 2 double beds. The hotel is about 6 min walk from Kyoto station and is located right next to Aeon mall where you can buy anything that you need. There is a large supermarket on the first floor of the mall where we bought snacks, food and drinks that we could enjoy in our room after sightseeing all day.

24/7 front desk helps a lot for our late arrival. A lot things to borrow from lobby, there’s even Nintendo switch! Overall cleanliness is 10/10 and we stay 7 days that comes with 2 days room cleaning service. Walkable distance to Kyoto station and nearby got Lawson, family mart, 7-11 and Yoshinoyo!!! Staff is helpful and didn’t charge us for our slightly late check out. Recommended for big size family wish to stay together. Good!!!!
