Front desk staff are amazing and perfectly attired for Halloween. Hilarious! Most significantly, staff went above and beyond helping me get a COVID test and providing translation for the instructions. I would happily return.

Loved staying at this hotel! The lobby was cool and the staff was very helpful. We had a small leak in our air conditioner, and someone came to check it out immediately. It’s also very close to the station, which was nice.

Very nice interaction with the robots, but also the staff were there and were very kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the in-house laundry was very helpful! Location to the rail station was also super convenient!

The location is very good for those need to take Shinkansen/ JR train. There is only 2 coin laundry machines available in hotel, we stayed 3 nights but couldn’t get chance to use it because the queue line was so long everyday.

Near Kyoto station
Very convenient location near Kyoto station and a 7-11, two places I visited frequently during my stay. Check in was super easy with the touch screen and adorable dinosaurs. My room was on the 9th floor. It was very clean and quiet. My only complaint was the hotel says they have laundry facilities (which is part of why I booked it) but it’s only two machines. The first two days I was unable to do laundry since both machines were in use every time I checked. The machines also don’t do a very good job of drying clothes and I still had to hang them in my room to completely dry. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The price and location make it a great choice if you’re staying in Kyoto.
