Worth it

Good hotel with onsen, cleanliness was a must. Restaurant in the hotel can accommodate. Convenience stores & restaurants were close. Will definitely recommend.

Great relaxing stay

Friendly staff, clean, and the breakfast was well worth the added cost. The front staff spoke english, they were helpful in calling taxis and had printed out instructions on how to get to tourist destination via bus or train. The room was spacious and we were given cute pajamas and sandals. We took advantage of the washer/dryer that took both coins and tap card payment. The breakfast buffet was part of the restaurant attached to hotel. In the morning there was always a line up, but moved very quick, had great choices, and very friendly staff!

The robes here are simply the best out of all the hotels I have visited in Japan. It is clean and comfy unlike all else. Hotel itself had a pretty amazing lobby, it feels comparable to Hilton on the opposite.

Amazing Kyoto stay

We were blown away by this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms, lobby and all other areas are very well furnished and nice places to be. Everything was immaculate. And our rooms were kept well stocked with toiletries and other niceties for our stay. It is well located in Kyoto, not far from the main shopping street. It’s also close to the subway, for easy access to the train station and around the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby, with even a map of local recommendations. This was our first time in Kyoto, and I would choose this hotel again if I return.
