This was the best hotel we went to on our trip. The location was great, very clean, the staff very helpful and we enjoyed the amenities very much. The free morning croissant and coffe were delicious and such a lovable touch.

It’s a very basic hotel but in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s walkable to many areas and lots of great restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

Definitely a cozy place to stay, home away from home! Rooms were large enough and clean, everything worked well and the bed was super comfy! Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly 😊 Close to Nishiki Market and other cafes which were very convenient spots for breakfast, lunch and shopping.

Excellent location. Easily walkable to Nishiki, Teramachi, and Shinkyogoku shopping streets. Amazing food all around. Be aware of any festivals/ parades in that area of Kyoto that may block street access during your stay.

Loved it! Great location and friendly and helpful staff. It was a wonderful hotel with a comfortable bed and great blackout shades for a good sleep. We were able to do laundry too!

Perfect small hotel
Lovely little hotel for a great nights rest, one block from the market and 20 mins from Gion on foot. Kind staff who speak excellent English. I used the free laundry self service and one of the staff had transferred our washing to the dryer so it was dry when we returned late at night, really thoughtful.
