The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were English guides in the room to help us use the water heater and air conditioning. There was parking onsite and it was close to the train station. There is a market and several restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. If we come back to Kyoto we would stay at this hotel again.

我們是和小朋友的家庭旅遊，選擇住的是Suite, 有足夠的空間。服務員非常友善及細心。早餐雖然簡單但可口。唯一稍遜的是附近沒有什麼食店及便利商店，但就離竹田站只3分鐘。

フロントの人が子どもに話しかけてくれたり、駐車場の場所を教えてくれたりしてとても丁寧で助かりました^ ^ 部屋でYouTubeがみれて子ども達は大はしゃぎ！ でも一番は部屋で料理や洗濯ができるとこ^ ^ 浴室乾燥もあって言うことありません！

まだ新しくきれいな設備でよかったです。 フェス利用でしたので洗濯機があって浴室に乾燥機能も付いていたので翌日きれいなTシャツキレました
