Convenient to bus stop. Whole foods is only about a block away. Awesome staff from front desk to concierge to restaurant attendants in both restaurants. Hotel is super clean!

The generous room upgrade afforded us a view overlooking Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. The staff was very professional and accommodated our requests for some additional services. Breakfast offered numerous choices and was presented in a natural fashion that made it seem like a great market we stumbled upon for a meal.

We are regular visitors to this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are relatively spacious. Service is generally good, though some staff are excellent. The hotel represents very good value for money in a city of over-priced hotels.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this location, from the moment we arrived everyone was very kind and attentive to our comfort and needs. Probably my fifth stay in this hotel this year. Since COVID and the extensive renovations, it has returned to its traditional high standards of service and hospitality. Whilst it is not fancy, it does basic things - cleanliness, service, functionality - very well. Hence it represents excellent value for money. All of this without mentioning the location, which, for our purposes, is marvellous. The shopping, the parks and the transport links are first rate.
