The backyard has a saltwater pool with tanning shelf, integrated waterfall spa and a raised sunning area with lounge chairs. Outdoor dining for 6 and a built in gas BBQ grill. Covered outdoor living with sectional, overhead fans and misters. The intimate front courtyard has a firepit and seating for 4. Bird of paradise and palm trees add to the beauty of this very special property.

The open concept interior is bright and spacious with walls of windows looking out to the pool. The great room has a comfortable sectional, a flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. The sunken wet bar has a sink, wine fridge, prep area and seating for 3. The dining room has seating for 8 and french doors to the courtyard. The fully equipped, gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, a gas range and a spacious island with seating for 3. Just off the kitchen is another media nook with comfy seating, golf course views and a TV.

The Primary retreat has a King bed, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and private doors to the pool. The en-suite bathroom has double vanities, soaking tub and large shower.

Suite 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 is in the courtyard casita and has a King bed, living room with flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. The 4th Bedroom is accessible from either the courtyard or from the Master Bedroom. It has a King bed, flatscreen TV and french doors to the courtyard as well as a connecting door to the Master Bathroom that can be closed for privacy. There is also an additional half bath in the hall.

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was clean and spacious with brand new carpet. The yard was gorgeous and the pool/spa were a lovely place to relax. Management was friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay! Thank you!

Great location, house was so-so

House needs some serious TLC. Carpets are filthy which was exceptionally disappointing considering I was traveling with a crawling baby. Paint is chipped all over the home. Furniture does not appear to be terribly clean. There were also a substantial amount of crickets we found inside the house throughout our stay - it was alarming and an issue that needs to be addressed. At almost $1,000/night it would have been nice for property management to have included basic essentials like trash bags. Towels were plentiful. House pretty easily accommodated the amount of people promised, however, one of the bedrooms is through the master/master bath. It worked for us as we had our children with us but if you need privacy between guests/couples those two rooms are not ideal. The pool/spa were great. For a house of this size, at this price, in such an amazing location, it really is very tired.

Gorgeous, Spacious House in Quiet Area

This house had ONE review when we booked it, but everything else was already booked by the time we were looking so we took a chance! I was really scared we were going to be disappointed or walk into an unclean property, but thankfully all of our expectations were met. The house is set right on a golf course (no fence between yard and golf course) with only one house bordering it. We were there for a low-key bachelorette party and were very happy with our choice to stay here. We did rent transportation to take us into Palm Springs for dinner one night since it is a pretty far drive. The house was huge and amazing, the layout was great, and the kitchen and pool area were great for gathering. The beds and pillows were so comfy. I felt like the layout was a little unclear at booking, so more detail in the listing from the property management company would be helpful. Here is a breakdown of the rooms: 1 - Huge master bedroom opens to master bathroom (no door between), which is shared by bedroom 2 2 - Regular bedroom, entrance to bedroom is from front courtyard, shares master bath with bedroom 1 (they could walk in on you in the bathroom because there is no door between master and the bathroom) 3 - Regular bedroom right next to the kitchen, hall bath between the two 4 - Detached bedroom with its own bathroom, entrance is from front courtyard, must go through front door of house to enter house There were a few things that should be addressed. The carpets had visible stains on them and need to be cleaned more regularly. Some of the kitchen equipment showed significant wear. It would be helpful if the property management company provided more detailed instructions for how to operate the “control panel” (pool heat, fountains, mist system, etc.) and the grill. The pool heater was on when we arrived, so it was disappointing to step into a hot tub in 110° heat when we wanted to cool off, and it also had tons of debris and leaves in it, but there was no pool skimmer to be found.
