I normally stay next door at the Hilton, a much better property. I tried the Hyatt and the check in clerk was not very friendly, the valet was short staffed. From the moment I got on property it was not the best experience. Valet was a mess, short staffed. Then the check in clerk was not so friendly, young man, not very professional. I will stay next door at the Hilton from now on. Hilton has a lower valet cost, and Hilton's pet fee is $75 less per stay. Before you check in to this Hyatt, check out the Hilton next door, you will be much happier.

1 night was enough.
The resort was gorgeous and staff were great. It met my expectations for the rate the hotel charged. One GLARING ANNOYANCE was the self parking was assigned to across a busy street, in a public parking lot!! The hotel's self parking fee was $34, and valet was $54 plus tips. This was obvious to force guests to utilize the valet service! THIS WAS ENOUGH FOR ME NOT TO RETURN HERE.

Loved this hotel!!! Will definately come back again! I loved the property itself and location, very clean waterfront property. The courtyard was fun with live music. Hyatt hotels never cease to amaze me!

When we arrived there was poop stains in the toilet and our tv never worked the entire stay. Housekeeping cleaned it right after i called, and engineering guy had to “fix” our tv 3x during the day and night. It was already 10pm and gave up on the tv and watched on our phones. Our neighbors were having a party, screaming and slamming the door from 12am to 230am. Called front desk at 1am, security never came, called again at 140am and finally security came at 230am because it was all of a sudden quiet. Weve stayed at this resort about 8x and loved it. But it keeps getting worse and worse each time we go.

I stayed for two nights for a birthday celebration. I stepped on soggy carpet as there was water leaking into my room. I called and came back to my room to a fan but no explanation. Once dried I could see a brown tinge, I talked with the bell desk, front desk, engineer and maintenance all had different opinions. Maintenance came in and determined it was dirt from the AC pan and overflow and offered to clean it. Not one time was I offered to move rooms. My last day a friend came in and said she could smell an odor of wetness, I could not smell because my sinuses were so inflamed. Unfortunate incident that I feel didn't get taken care of correctly, otherwise the property was very nice but I will not pay to stay again.

Beautiful property but lots of hidden fees ($55 for valet, required resort fees, $38 for a 6pack of beer in the shop). Try to bring as many snacks and drinks as you can

Every employee at the resort was very nice. The resort is beautiful and well kept. The resort is kept very clean. No other resort in the area compares.
