Entry Level
Prepare to be WOW'ed! The main level hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless appliances, and island. Tastefully furnished great room and dining area with fireplace overlook the entire valley. The first of 6 bedrooms resides on this level. Featuring designer furnishings and pillow top king. Full bath, furnished deck, and 2 car garage complete level.
Upstairs
Hosts the first of 2 master suites with attached baths, 2 standard bedrooms, children's loft bedroom, 3rd bathroom, and laundry. Bedrooms feature designer furnishings, pillow top mattresses, luxury bedding, and ample closet space. Master suite hosts a king-size bed, the standard bedrooms- queens. Children's loft, 2 bunk beds with standard single mattresses. Master bedroom, master bath and loft have incredible valley views. The entire level is bright and airy.

Lake Arrowhead Access
Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. However, short-term rental guests staying at our home can access some features as the property has “lake rights” as well as necessary membership. Guest access to Lake Arrowhead is fee based like an amusement park. The lake is a separate business from ours, so contact the Arrowhead Lake Association regarding questions.
Public Lakes and Trails
There are 3 public lakes serving area residents and tourists. They are Lake Gregory, Green Valley Lake, and Big Bear Lake. All have varying levels of activities and amenities from walking lake parameters, swimming, water slides, watercraft rentals, fishing, food and snacks. There are several state parks and trail systems as well. Go online for details specific to each.
Furry Family Member Friendly
We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat rate rent $100, (2) dog limit. As a comparable, some resorts charge $75 a night, per pet.
