The floor was slick, maybe due to what they use to mop the floors. The AC wouldn’t pull the humidity out of the room and ran continuously. Will not stay again.

Passing through and needed a place to sleep as it was late. Average check-in experience. Hotel looked nice in lobby. Room was OK, very humid and AC couldn’t quite keep up. Some discoloration and chipping in shower/tub area. Had microwave and mini fridge. Dove products in bathroom. Room felt relatively clean, just older feeling. Comfortable bed.

I like that, they offered free shadow service to the casino. The downside with that was the shuttle bus was rundown and filthy.

We always stay here if attending something at the casino on a weekend. The shuttle is a big convenience! Beds aren’t comfortable but I love the Dove products in the shower and the super friendly staff everytime we go!!!!

Awesome stay
Staff was amazing and friendly. They had a shuttle that would take you and pick you up from the casino. Breakfast was good too. Bed was comfy and pillows too. We will definitely come back and stay.

The beds were super comfortable and the AC was super cold ! On the bad side. I ordered a fold away bed on Expedia when I got there the person at the desk had no idea about it but she said she would bring it to me in an hour. She did not make it in an hour. Came back from dinner asked for it again didn’t bring it til about 5 am the next morning. Employees were yelling at each other in the lobby. They were dressed in jeans and t shirts as though they were at home. They just looked as though they had just woken up and looked messy. The morning we left there was noone at the counter all employees were in the lobby food area arguing with each other and eating. We wanted to say something about the roll away bed but had noone to tell we just left the room keys on the counter and left. It’s unfortunate because this hotel is very convenient for the casinos but not that great at customer service.

The staff was efficient and well mannered. Everything was clean and nice. The room was very clean, good temperature and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and we sleep well. Will definitely stay again when i come back to Laks Charles.

The bed is very comfy, breakfast was good and I enjoyed the selection of food. They have a pool and it 24 hours. Enjoyed the shuttle rides and shopping center and restaurants in walking distance!!!

Camiya was an excellent front desk person. As this was our first time she explained the breakfast schedule and the shuttle service. This made us feel very welcomed. The room was roomy and clean. Will definitely come again
