I stayed 4 nights and they told me to leave the hanger out to have my room cleaned and I did this everyday and no one cleaned my room at all for the amount of money I paid for 4 nights I had to go get my own towels from the front desk.. Bathroom door only stayed opened with the garbage can.. I go to Lake Geoge alot since I am from there and my family is there been looking for a hotel where I can keep coming back .. so much money for this room and I had to make my own bed and get my own towels from the front desk and also I think my room was an overflow since it was old and hardly anything worked

I reserved four rooms because my extended family and I were in town for a funeral. In one of the rooms there was a Vodka bottle in the garbage and unopened food under the head of the bed. My room had mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was suppose to go until 10am, but on both days they stopped putting out food shortly after 9am. The lady that worked in the breakfast area made a point to say very loudly to everyone in the food area that she was not putting anymore food out. Checkout is at 11am, however all ofnthe key cards stopped working in the morning, so after breakfast (around 9 am) we all were locked out of our rooms and had to go to the front desk. The outside pool area was very nice. The location is good amd the area felt safe.

I liked the breakfast and pools. I didn't like the bathroom: the sink was low drain and the shower had mold stains. Also, we were in 3 people and there was only 2 sets of towels. I asked one more, I have to wait more than one hour to receive the towel. The same happened to the microwave I required.

The rooms are double beds, not queens. Room smelled like must and dampness. Breakfast room was over crowded. Breakfast staff was a trying to be funny but came off rude when I asked for something, and it was on the counter I just didn’t see it. Breakfast staff had a hard time keeping food stocked.

My week stay was wondeful.thefree continental breakfast is tops. My granddaughter enjoyed the make it yourself waffles. The indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool is clean and the staff is very pleasant.

Don't stay here

Room 105 was awful. It has a moisture problem. Mold in the shower which was from the moisture as well as they don't clean the room. We were there 5 days and they never cleaned it. There was a sign at the front desk (covered by a bowl of cookies during check in) saying the room would get cleaned every 3 nights. We asked for dry towels the 2nd night it took 2 hours for them to bring them because they gave out too many for the kids at the pool. The tv had repeated issues. 1st night the maintenance guy came and replaced the cord. The next time the front desk was called and she said she'd call back - she never did. It seemed to correct itself. The next time the phone wasn't ringing the front desk. Walked to the front desk to report. It also corrected itself. Walked back to the front desk to let the nice man (who was by himself and getting slammed) know so he didn't have to walk to our room. The breakfast lady was awesome.

There should be clarity upon checkin as it pertains to maid service for room. Room wasnt cleaned and had to request new towels. Guests using regular towels for pool which caused towel shortage for showers. Room was only cleaned once in 3 days and amenities were not replaced. Information should be shared upon checkin for guests so expectations are set. Should also have separate towels for pool vs. rooms.
