Best house we’ve rented in Havasu ever!
These accommodations are impeccable!! Super clean, beautifully decorated. All of the amenities you could possibly need to prepare meals for your family. The pool is a great size for lazy cooling off or a volleyball game. It’s marked in my favorites at the top of the list!!

The hose is really nice. Way bigger than we needed, but we knew that when booking. We closed the 2 bedrooms & den since we didn’t use them. The covered back porch is huge with tons of seating. The pool towels are also out there. The pool is very large. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The room is hotter than the rest of the house. If you run hot like we do, bring a fan. The ceiling fan is highest on number 1; not 4. We especially appreciated the labels on items giving directions. They also supply Q tips & makeup wipes. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Ricki, the local host, was out standing! If we return, we would totally stay here again!

Beautiful property and fantastic location
This house was lovely, and had all the amenities + some kind surprises in the bathrooms and kitchen. This was a very clean house and is well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the water heater works great. We had 8 people here and we were all extremely comfortable as the house is very spacious inside and outside. Will definitely be booking here again for our next trip.

Came to Havasu for my birthday weekend and booked this home. We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was very nice and very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. All of the extras like our snack basket, coffee and toiletries in the bathroom was a plus. Would definitely book again.

The home is definitely as pictured. The layout works great for a family, with plenty of room and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked the best of any of our prior rentals, lots of pans, storage containers, etc. Location was ideal for all our activities. The home is a bit older and showing wear in some area's. That is not a deal breaker for us, and we would definitely go back again. While it is in a quiet neighborhood, the school bus picks up directly in front of the home, obviously not an issue if its summer. Overall, great home, great experience, would rent again.

The tv has nothing on it but basic cable so if you want to watch sports or local news you are out of luck There is some dog hair in house but pretty hard not to have it when house is pet friendly which is nice for some people but not so nice for allergies Very quiet neighborhood

The property was well laid out and as described. It was also exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Perfect weekend
I came to lake havasu for my wedding weekend and this is the house we choose to relax in for the time spent. We also had the bridal party (girls) get ready and take pics tired before the wedding and it was just perfect. The team were super prompt when I left my Marriage license in the drawer next to the bed two days after my Stay. Lol. Would most definitely stay again.

This property was amazing. I am a clean freak, super picky and this placed was super clean. Everything you need is in this home. Great coffee maker, pans, utensils, plenty of bath towels, floats for the pool and plenty of space. The home is so nicely decorated. We were all super comfortable. Bed in master was amazing. Too many amenities to list!The only thing I can suggest is that it would have been nice to have a light in the pool for night use. Also, please leave an extra roll of toilet paper. Small things but noticeable. Great job in providing everything that is needed and making the home very comfortable! We were 2 couples and 3 teenagers. Everyone had a great time.

Cozy Arizona Getaway
This property was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. They have everything you need for a nice Arizona getaway. Mountain views close to Lake Havasu awesome pool and a beautiful house with a lot of extras that I wasn't expecting. Check-in was beyond easy and we enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back to this house. Also the neighborhood is really nice.
