With 1,731 square feet and accommodations for 8, this home features 90 ft RV/boat parking on side of home and plenty of driveway parking. Quiet Lake Havasu City location. 10 minutes to the lake, watersports, boat rentals, jet skiing, hiking, golfing, fishing, off-road tours, London Bridge, shopping and much more!

AMENITIES:
Self check-in, keyless entry, central A/C, ceiling fans in every room, memory foam mattresses, 3 smart TV’s, Cable, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen to cook meals, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, toaster, crockpot, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, washer/dryer, iron, DVD player, DVD’s, stereo, board games, foosball table, ping pong table, beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, blow dryer, spacious backyard, covered patio with outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, accessible garage and more.

WHAT I PROVIDE:
I provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge and hand soap. All linens are included and beds are made. Bath towels, hand towels & beach towels are also provided.

I want my guest to enjoy their stay as much as possible so i've provided a guest book for recommendations to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, activities, beaches, nightlife, launch ramps, Havasu events and home information.

CHECKOUT: No late checkout($50 charge for every 30 mins after)

NO SMOKING: Please do not smoke/vape inside the home ($250 fine). You may smoke outdoors.

NO PARTIES: No parties or gatherings are permitted.

NO PETS: We love animals, however pets are currently not allowed on the property.

QUIET TIME: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am.

8 GUEST MAX: 8 guest max at all times on the property. No unregistered guest.

PARKING: Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Do not block driveway. Garage is accessible but no parking vehicles or watercrafts inside. *No more than 3 vehicles on property. 3 vehicles & 1 watercraft or 2 vehicles & 2 watercrafts Max.*

MAKING A RESERVATION : Must be 21 years old to book. An ID is required & must match the name on the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be on the property for the duration of the stay.

CITY ORDINANCES: Guest(s) will be held responsible for any fines.

Easy peesy

We came out for a family wedding and found this place within 3 minutes of the reception. It was easy to get to everywhere we needed on a quick weekend in Havasu! The kitchen was great although we didn’t use aside from the coffee maker. Overall a great stay and will keep in mind for next time. The only downside was no pool or jacuzzi.

Short Visit

We were supposed to stay from Wednesday to Monday but we live in Florida and hurricane Milton was going to have direct hit on our area so we had to come later after the airport was reopened. This property owner did not offer any kind of compensation. Another VRBO we were staying at when we had to leave early for the hurricane refunded us the 3 nights were not able to stay. The place was extremely clean and spacious. We were there for a work event so we only slept and showered there.

Felt like home!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. This property was so easy to get to great parking for our boat, space was great lots of space. We had a lot of family that canceled on us so it was just four of us but this house could comfortably accommodate 10 easy. Game room in the garage was a great bonus.Check-in was simple and conversation through email with the owner was great she provided instructions so clear and simple. Looking forward to another trip here.

Hard to beat for the money

This was one of the cheaper properties that I looked at. The pictures looked good, but I still had hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the stay was. Good linens, comfy beds, and good Wifi. We have a yearly golfing trip to the Laughlin/Havasu area and would definitely stay again.
