This property is HORRIBLE! Do NOT waste your $! The employee at the check in desk was rude and it appeared he had a problem from the start. He asked me if I had any pets. I said no. I parked my car right in the front of the hotel with nothing to hide obviously. My emotional support dog had his head sticking out the window of my jeep. I explained to Deva that my rental house didn’t have electricity and all my kids and I were doing was taking a hot shower and we would be on our way. Not even spending the night! So I told Deva my ESA would be staying in the car. He proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to keep my dog in my car on the property, I’d still have to pay the pet fee! THIS JACKA$$ inconvenienced me and made me bring my dog home! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! This guy should be fired for doing this silly stuff! Then to top it off, he gave me a nasty dirty room!

The front side is approximately 100 yards from Rt 4, the major highway - it was constantly noisy inside the room. Even after I moved to the other side, it was still very noisy, just not as bad. The bathroom/sink/shower area was very clean but it felt like the floor needed to be swept/mopped.

Where to start. Room was ok but several issues. 1.the toilet was not secured it rocked when sat on. 2. Sink had very low water pressure and did not drain good. 3. There was mold in the shower 4. There was a dead cockroach in the lighy in the bathroom 5. There was spider webs on lamps and dust on ac unit. 6. There was no continental as was listed 7.Biggest issue Although nothing was missing housekeeping went through my bags. I know this because I took a picture of the inside before I left and everything was out of place when I returned. This was totally unacceptable. I have taken pictures of all of these issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Cleaning every 3 days ?
The first room they put us in had a leaking sink with a garbage can under it to catch the water. The other thing is the only clean the room every 3 days ? Thats not good and of course because they only clean every 3 days you have to chase them down for towels .
