The hotel was in a very central location, and while the amenities weren't quite what we are accustomed to, the staff was wonderful, and we would stay again just because they made us feel like family.

This hotel is loud! I heard a loud television from the room above me for hours - until after midnight , said something to the front desk before the attendant left at 9pm and nothing changed. I could also hear everything with the laminate flooring, footsteps, people talking, etc. bathrooms outdated and a weird tub in the middle of the room with no privacy. It was clean but an intense smell of artificial cleaning supplies and scent.

Unfortunately i would not be able to provide a stellar review because 1. The heater was not working properly , 2. Water pressure of the shower was weak and hot water was lukewarm , 3. The grab and go breakfast options were limited in options and quantities ( It seemed that ownership is very frugal and not service oriented) ; gear toward business instead of family, 4. Weekend staff were not friendly and helpful. We asked for hot water at 7 pm ( they said coffee and hot water available until 9 pm) and they said they run out and did not offer / make effort to brew more, 5 Housekeeping staff only took out the trash and add towels He did sweep or make the beds. I don't think the price reflect the services provided. I don't understand how the hotel has high ratings in Yelp and Expedia.

Room was fine just a little dated, nice touch with the whirpool bath though. Standard coffee machine, view was better than the front bit nothing special. Nice bathroom, quiet corridors. Spa was very limited but functional. Great spot for long distance drivers, not a place for a romantic weekend away.

Our stay was for one night. I would stay here again. The amenities were great, like the steam room and jacuzzi. We checked in on a Sunday, and both areas were empty and extra nice to use privately. I was surprised by the breakfast, I was expecting a little more, but we ended up getting full with bagels and the hard boiled eggs they had. There was tea and coffee as well, although the hot water ran out twice during our stay, so we just asked the staff for more and they were SUPER friendly and replenished the tea area. They also had some packaged sweet bread. The parking is underground and there is an elevator which makes it super convenient. The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable, and enough towels provided in room. I look forward to booking again!

Fireplace was great. Room was very nice and cozy ! The only small complain was the wifi wasn't good, maybe because we were in a corner room. There were no closet or ironing board. Iron was there. At the front desk area the wifi was good. Other than that the stay was awesome !

We had an amazing stay! Lisa helped us get checked in to our room. She was so fantastic in making sure we had the best room for my disabled sister. She took the time from her busy schedule to personally show me the room first to make sure it would work for her. The room itself was outstanding! So clean, spacious and beautifully maintained. The location of the hotel is perfectly located. You can either walk to the downtown or the beach or drive 1 minute to either one. Parking is a breeze here. Their underground garage was very easy to access and is included in your room rate. I would stay here again!

Was checked into a lower level room with a view of the parking lot. We had to keep the curtains drawn so people couldn’t look in. It made the room dark and unappealing. I asked if we could be switched and the lady at the desk was unapologetic,nor offering to find a way to make our stay better. She said it was full up and had no way to change the room because that’s not something she does. She was surprisingly indifferent to the fact that we’d spent a lot of money for what was supposed to be a pleasant stay. By the way, if you offer “continental” breakfast during certain hours we expect the food to last. There is no excuse especially when all that is provided are prepackaged items. We are in Cambria a couple times a year and it’ll be our last stay at this “boutique” hotel. Don’t expect upscale charm as the website states.
