Please Note: Not complying to association or owner rules may lead to eviction, loss of rental fees, and forfeiture of deposit fees. Any fees charged to us by the Homeowner’s Association will be charged to any guests not following the rules. Palisades Security will charge a fee of $500 if they are called due to any disturbances. The rules are put in place to keep this the beautiful, relaxing complex it is; they are mostly common sense. We have not had any issues.
