Mattress and pillows in 2 queen bed room comfortable. Breakfast was good with cheese omelets, bacon, and fresh cinnamon buns. Dining options nearby, we did the short drive to the riverfront to eat at Fresco's Tap and Grill, awesome Greek Salad and wings.

I arrived at 3:40 for a 3pm checkin and was told many rooms were not yet available, it would be a bit, but no timeline. I waited about 45 minutes to be registered in the room. Nothing was offered during the wait in the lobby. Guest washrooms were both locked so I had to ask the front desk for an alternate option during my wait. I was then told, that something would be done for me, but all that was , was actually getting checked in at 4:30pm. Several other families were also waiting for rooms. At breakfast around 9:30 there were many people and no hot food left, just sausages, we left. I have stayed at this hotel probably over 20 times, this was by far the most disorganized service I have experienced. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but experience not great.

Very clean well kept property. Had king room and bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was great and lived the pancake machine (delicious). Highly recommend this hotel.

Our keycards stopped working the morning after check-in, which meant we could not obtain certain items that would have been nice to have on our day-excursion. We let the front desk know but the issue was not resolved until 9:30-ish pm that night. We were out all day white-water rafting and enjoying a meal together. We were quite tired when we got back to the hotel only to have difficulty entering our room. Other than that, the breakfast was great and the staff was courteous and I'm sure tried their best to solve our problem.
