Noisy staff

Overall good experience. However, cleaning crew was our alarm clock every morning with their yelling at each other from different rooms that they were cleaning, starting at about 8am. And on our last day there, a crew started removing all the furniture from a room two doors down. They started removing the carpeting after that. Very loud and annoying because they started all that noise just after 8am.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and casinos. The hot tub and pool were nice after a day of hiking. We had a late night noise issue with an upstairs neighbor and the staff was very accommodating and let us switch rooms.

The stay was pretty good and quiet. A few minor inconveniences like the keys not working very well bedroom was a bit warm at night with no ac unit. but not the worst overall enjoyed my stay. Room was a bit dated Could use an update. And it smelled heavily of cleaning supplies when we went in but it was clean as it could be without being updated. Overall pleasant experience.

We usually stay at this property atleast once a year and always enjoy our stay. This was our first time with a so-so experience. Our initial room that we reserved for 2 nights (Sunday to Tuesday)was upgraded thanks to management due to the urine smell. If it was just 1 night i dont believe it would have been an issue but we were grateful they moved us. Our upgraded room was very nice and had been updated. First night in it was good. Comfortable beds. Our 2nd night, our upstairs neighbors must have been rearranging the furniture from 11pm to 2am. A leak also sprung from the ceiling in the bedroom right over where we had stored our suitcases.It was pretty much a mini waterfall. Leak was enough to soak the carpet and fill up a trash can. Thats all we could do since there was no maintenance at 1am. That second night was fairly rough. Our sliding screen door also popped off when we tried opening. But atleast we didnt have to smell dog pee during the rest of our stay. Were not sure we'll be back. Would have atleast liked to have been offered a partial refund for that night. PS hot tub is always nice.

Walls and ceiling are thin. Poor customer service.

Walls and ceiling are thin and you will hear your neighbors. Frustrated front desk wouldn’t allow an hour later check out than 11 in the off season on a Monday. I checked in at 3 and checked out at 10. Less than 24 hours yet wouldn’t allow another hour. Poor customer service and I won’t stay here again.
