Perfect location for skiing. Short walk to the gondola. The facilities are not luxurious, but plenty good for having a place to crash, hang out, and cook meals. The happy hour and game room are a nice touch. Breakfast was great. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Parking was very easy and convenient.

This place is incredibly run down, the shower was abysmal and this is an official Heavenly property! This place is a perfect example of corporate greed - sky high prices and falling apart The one positive was the breakfast crew/ they were awesome

Even though the location is perfect, the actual property needs a renovation. Upon arrival we were put in a room that had a pipe leak, we reported it and we were moved to another room, however the forts room had a bad smell, we bought candles to help with the smell. Once in the new room, we liked that we were near the pet area and that was convenient, however the room was clean but floors in the bedroom squeaked, bathroom sink water would not stay in same temperature and the shower curtain was nasty, I am sure they can afford cleaner, nicer curtains . Pet fee is crazy $50/day and parking $20/day. Staff were great and helpful. At the end of day, the location and convenience to everything was great and had to sacrifice that for comfort. We will probably not stay here again.

Not happy with the extra charges.
The resort was fine; we stayed only for 2 nights but were charged amenities fees (pool usage [too cold]; hot cocoa event [did not attend] and other stuff that we did not use as we stayed in the room; for a total of $200 extra - I will not recommend this hotel at all. I am in the process of arguing the amenities. Their excuse is that how do they know that we did not use amenities. For one, it was too cold for the pool usage and two, we weren't in the rooms, but outside exploriing.

Everything was close range especially walking to heavenly village, the breakfast was just enough to start the day but the seating varied depending the time you go. I did see minor areas that needed to be clean such as countertops, couch which has a huge stain and tear which didn’t look welcoming to sit on. Would I come back? Maybe
