The hotel located great, it has nice property. BUT, room that we got was outdated, bathroom was from 1970s, while our neighbors had renovated room (lodge rooms both) and you advertise different conditions of the room. Also, the walls and ceiling are so thin so you can hear someone moving a chair or talk.

We liked the breakfast buffet and dinner at the on site restaurant. Our kids enjoyed playing in the snow on site, sledding, and enjoying the large outdoor hot tub. Our room could have been bigger and more updated. At a minimum, the room needed black out shades as it faced the parking lot where a light was on all night, plus the headlights of cars leaving and parking disturbed our sleep as well.

Room was very good , spacious and perfect for 2 adults and 2 toddlers..kitchen had everything thats needed to cook from pots and pans, spoons, coffee mugs ,bowls and plates . There was only one spatchula. Also, there was no Sugar,Salt and oil were not available ,we had to buy separately . Only negative was that the Bathroom was very outdated and small...it was kept clean though, just looked very old. Great place to stay with young kids , their sledging and ski areas were soo big and well maintained, there was even a small sledging area for younger kids. Great hot tub experience as well. Definitely recommend staying here for a fun family trip.

Conveniently located, walkable to the treetop adventure and the sledding areas. Studio room is small. While it’s clean, it’s poorly maintained. The heater ducts are slow and while there are two ducts only one works at a time. The patio door doesn’t close cleanly, so cold air seeps in. Be ready to call hotel maintenance staff for your specific needs.

The property needs a Lot of repairs / upgrades as my cabana had many issues! like the doors not being able to lock, A wooden stick is provided to maintain the door secure, Also there’s no warnings about the sink trash disposal the switch is right next to the lights switch and I got confused and scare when suddenly the grinder started working anyone couldn’t have their hands in there kids specially ! Heater doesn’t warm up to desired temperature

Great hotel off the beaten track
A clean friendly hotel with a very friendly staff and a hidden gem of really good restaurant. We were there offseason as this is a popular winter resort. The rooms are clean with multiple options from basically a dorm room to a complete Suite with kitchen
