I wouldn't write it anymore than a one-star hotel the room that they put me in looked like it was under construction walls with patches everywhere putty patches not painted cracks in the floor cracks in the walls flooring not finished walls not done everything leaked toilet faucet shower you could hear it running all night sure they're using cameras in there because the fire alarm on the wall was strapped to the wall screwed down so people wouldn't take it down and look terrible place to go

Not a hotel, not elevated, unless you count being on the 2nd floor. The place needs a lot of TLC, like screens on the window, locks in the windows. The bathroom is tiny, the room is fine. It actually had a full closet. Luckily the ac unit drowned out some of the street noises. The location was great- and pretty clean. Points off for the holes in the plaster in the bathroom. It did have a microwave and fridge and TV. Great place if you just need a place to lay your head.

The tendon was screwed and short, and the room was missing blind. It was dirty on the walls. The door was sticking to the floor. It was small that was dirty windowsills no outlets. The heater didn’t work in the world countless things were not working Or not working well, it’s not worth the money no matter how good to do this

When I checked in they barely spoke English! The person was from INDIA, he tried to charge me $30 more than my hotel.com rate! He called another person on the phone took forever to get my property quoted rate! NEVER AGAIN if you're in the USA you must have ri speak ENGLISH

Not as pictured…at all.
We weren’t expecting 4- star hotelling, but the pictures were deceptive (and flat out wrong for the bathroom). Only one outlet on one side of the bed, one bedside light, and everything was dingy and patched (the patches weren’t painted). There was visible damage to the walls and a large crack in the ceiling. The shower was tiny. No phone or window screen, or even the usual “do not disturb” sign. Exterior was in need of considerable work. The smoke detector was -strapped- to the wall. There was no one to talk to when I checked out…and I noticed in checking in they had a sign up, that if I reviewed the place as I was checking in, they’d give you a $10 discount. We selected the room we did for handrails in the shower…not that there was space for them in the shower we had—and they werent there. And as we left, there was broken glass in our end of the parking lot. In all, this place gave the impression of a hotel from the early 70’s slowly being pushed back together by the owner.

For the price, this is a terrific deal. You can stay 100 yards north at the Tahoe Beach Retreat for $300/night and not sleep noticeably better. The staff are kind and helpful. Everything works. Clientele seems to be reasonably quiet. Location is fantastic. Just a terrific good deal.

Pienselo... La ubicacion es perfecta. El cuarto amplio. El baño TERRIBLE. La poseta estaba embarrada de popo, y drenaba agua por el piso. El lavamanos goteaba tanta agua que tube que poner la papelera para que no mojara mis pies. En dia sabado es muy caro para la mala condicion que esta el cuarto. Por solo emergencia lo tomaria, mas nunca pensando en disfrutar de vacaciones. Estoy intentando subir fotos y el sistema no me permite.

This is a great hotel to stay because of location and price! Right next to beach, cvs, Heidi’s breakfast and other restaurants. It’s easy to check in and out. And had no issues.

I never leave reviews unless it really warrants it. This place is disgusting and run down. The carpets look like they’ve never been vacuumed, our carpet had bees destroyed by a previous guest. The toilet didn’t flush. The door mirror had been ripped off. The ac smelled awful. Limited towels and pillows. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else

Cockroaches everywhere (one was even crawling on the bathroom soap), the shower curtain was broken in half and on the tub, tub was dirty and in poor condition, never go here
