I had booked the room for two nights over six months ago. But upon checking in at the hotel, I was informed my reserved room was not available, they were fully booked, and they had to relocate me to another hotel for the night due to unforeseen circumstances. It would have been helpful if they had emailed or called me as a courtesy, prior to me arriving at the hotel and finding this out upon checking in. Additionally, the manager mentioned the first night would be compensated, but I still got charged for that night by the other hotel they relocated me to, so I had to dispute it. The following morning, they did call me early to offer me a double queen (instead of a studio king I originally booked), so was able to stay at Springhill for a night. Breakfast was average but the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
