We stayed here before Nd came back because we liked it but this was the worst stay at this location. Screaming teenagers in the rooms and hallways, doors slamming at all hours, music blaring down the hall until after midnight....come to find out they had a bunch of high school seniors staying there for some function in town. This will be the last stay here in a while, we are thoroughly disappointed by this hotel.

I have frequented this property for decades. It is good overall, but has defects that clearly need to be rectified. Burned out overhead lightbulbs and deteriorating paneling covers for plumbing access are examples. Cleanliness was also questionable, based on my wiping up wet spots on bathroom tiles with Kleenex.

Want to start out nothing wrong with your hotel and hotel staff. They were great. My complaint has to do with their transportation and employee. We rented the shuttle service for our daughter’s wedding on Oct 5. The man that was the driver was the rudest person. Along with that, I received complaints about him from several people that were on the multiple drives So not just one incident basically all of them. The passengers said he was rude, very unsafe to the point that felt unsafe for themselves and children. The driver was driving erratically slamming on the brakes lunging people forward gunning it when taking of from lights and signs along with basically doing California stops at some of the street signs. I paid this hotel plenty of money to have my guest taking to and from safely. Not to feel threatened on whether or not they would end up harmed. This employee should be fired and have his commercial license takin away. I have contacted the hotel and will take this to corporate if I have to. Just awaiting their response to this situation.

It was impossible to get them to service our room.
We stayed three nights and it was impossible to get the room serviced although on the second day the front desk promise it would be done.
