I was ate up really bad by bed bugs and I let the property know they said that someone would reach out and nobody has, it’s very unprofessional. The bathroom was filthy and stained. It smells like cigarettes and it’s supposed to be smoke free.

Pleasant Experience.
The facility was very welcoming and clean. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. I will for sure book this Hotel the next time I'm visiting the Lancaster area.

We like this property for its proximity to family we are visiting when in the area. I love the breakfast, cooked to order and the evening manager's reception. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room this time, mostly because the carpet was over-soaked from a recent cleaning. However, when I reported the issue, it was promptly dealt with.

Loved the girl at the front desk, very friendly. Hotel is inexpensive but on top of that you get a free drink, dinner and breakfast; that’s pretty impressive! And pet fee is $29 (with a cute little gift bag), other hotels are charging up to $150! Room was very clean and AC blew cold. Surrounding area is ok. Not dangerous, just not an area to hang out. My dog walks were quick. I am usually a hotel snob and was leery about coming but I would def come back again. I was impressed.
