Hallways and elevator were very dirty. Elevator did not work sometimes. Loud environment. Seemed poorly lit. Would not take family here.

Perfect for my needs
This place is consistently perfect! I've stayed here multiple times, because I have regular business in Lancaster. Centrally located, clean and comfortable, I really can't think of anything negative to say. I don’t know how "eco friendly" they are, since nothing is marked that way, so 3 out of 5 stars on this. Everything else is 5 of 5 across the board.

Caution: vehicle thefts abound
Was a quick overnighter on route to the Bay Area. Wish we’d never stopped! In the middle of the night our truck was stolen from hotel parking lot (right outside our window) leaving us stranded. According to police, desk clerk and people that we’ve spoken with since…Lancaster is a hot bed for vehicle thefts. Don’t do it!

i booked a room for the wrong day intianlly. i booked a second room for the day i needed it and after my short stay i decided to keep my room for the wrong day since i had paid for it and not cancel. the room had everything i needed and most importantly felt and was clean.

Let’s see….. for a Marriott I expected better. The hotel was clean, which is important. The bed was hard. My son slept on the double size day bed/couch. He said it was uncomfortable. And, they had a small tv. But, the kicker for me, was the lack of a decent breakfast. Though, to be fair, the fact the person responsible for putting out the food didn’t show up, isn’t really the hotels fault. But, they did have someone hurriedly getting the food together, I would have thought, they would cross train others, just for such an eventuality. What they did have was mediocre. The eggs were cold, the hash browns were not cooked just warmed in a microwave, the breakfast sandwich was cold and hard. Most surprising was no bacon or sausage,not even a waffle maker or pancake machine, which I would have expected, given it’s supposed to be a high end hotel. Let’s just say their competition has a better breakfast. I will give them another chance, as it wasn’t their fault their employee didn’t show up. But, seeing as they are a hospitality company, I would have expected them to cross train their employees in other areas of the hotel, for any eventuality, that occurs.
