Building inside has seen better days. This is not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but not the best. Stayed in 2 other hotels in the area for better prices and quality of hotel and experience was better. Parts of ceilings are coming down on the 4th floor. Hallways could use new paint. We couldn’t get the heat to work at first in the room. Had to get night staff to give us a hand. He also struggled at first. But we finally got some heat.

Alarm went on at around 1:15 am and everyone got outside. Not much staff to help or explain. Tried to discuss at tcheck out, unfriendly person at the counter barely spike and address the situation. I asked about policies in these situations or compensasion, he said no.

This is a really convenient location close to the hwy and driving distance to Vancouver. Kids loved the pool and slide and it was nice to have breakfast in the morning. This location is a bit dated but other than that it was a nice stay with no issues .

Hot tub was perfect after a ling drive. Open until 9pm with a waterslide. Beds were nice. The room itself was roomy and so grateful they allowed my two cats to stay with me. The front desk lady was fantastic! She was super friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was great as well.

The only thing we wanted to suggest is maybe having breakfast available into 10-10:30. If people travelling or out later at events stopping breakfast at 9 is early.

The girl at the front desk in the evening was excellent. She helped us most nights we were there to find places to eat and was just a very cheerful person. Little disappointed in housekeeping as they missed our room at least two of the four days we were there. The front desk lady gave us some TP we were running low on. Other than that our stay was very comfortable.

Hotel is conveniently located near a freeway exit. Pleasant and efficient staff members. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was included and it was good. No additional charges for parking or internet.
