Another person entered our room after us that we didn’t know. All keys were eventually canceled but this mistake by front desk is scary. Also constant exhaust fan running and regular sound of water drain from floor above. Too nice of a facility to be having these sort of problems.

Awesome location. Eat to walk most anywhere in East Lansing. Great proximity to MSU. Hotel was clean, great decor and lovely atmosphere in public spaces. Room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

We arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready and promised it would be within the hour and that they would call us. We never got a call and o ended up checking at 6pm and they said the room was finally ready. Not having a room available messed up our plans for our daughter’s birthday.

Although the hotel seems well located it is impossible to get to and there is no nearby parking so valet is almost a must and is not included. A hotel is new and clean and modern but decorated in some old lady 1970s Style which is very strange. Also it lacks simple amenities like a back mat so the only alternative is to put a towel on the floor. Also I am short and the beds are very high so it was difficult to get in and out. The beds are very soft which don't give much support. Wi-Fi worked well. Staff friendly enough. We did attend an event at the hotel which worked out well and the food was good.
