My younger son, husband, and I stayed in this hotel for a night to our way to White Sands National Park. Service is excellent there. Breakfast was very simple. Room on the second floor wasn't clean and there was a noise from freeway. Too pricey for the service they provide.

The tub in the room was extremely dirty, we showered with flip flops on & the sink in the restroom smelled like sewage & had hair in it. Cleaning staff never provided more clean towels. The only positive I can say is the bed was actually comfortable.

Stayed for one night December 1st. Everything was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. The front desk person was super nice and helpful with whatever we needed when we arrived super late at night. Definitely would go to again if I travel through las Cruces. Only problem is breakfast was so early and done super fast.

Stairs to the room, very dirty. Inside the room, sink was clogged, fridge stopped working with my husband insulin. We had to wipe table, and night stand. Mattress was metal springs. Breakfast …didn’t eat anything.

Everything was loud. The a/c, the exterior doors banging shut (my room was in the middle of the floor), the tv even skipped from too quiet to too loud. But the worst part was a week later they charged my card for a second stay twice the amount of my first.

Not horrible but not good either
The bed was hard as a rock first off. That #1 on my list when paying for a place to sleep. Pillows on the other hand were very soft and nice. Heater sounded like there is paper in it flopping around every time it kicked on. Tv sounded like the thing had been blasted over and over and fluctuating between loud and static loud. Tub did not drain completely till after 5 minutes out of it. The good part was aside from highway traffic noise there was no people noise or weird people hanging around everywhere, definitely felt safe.

Poor access and hotel design. The bathroom's smallest design, with a narrow sink, barely room for any bath items, and the older design has an outdated bath. No ice buckets, very dark hallways, and hotel guest access rooms. Paper-thin walls, rooms have very little space around beds. Overcomplicated cable and TV controls. Poor cable or SAT selection
