2 elevators were broken, my 82 yrs old mom had to use stairs many times. No directions to room, hard to find. Bathroom knobs broken, Ac was too loud for room. Smelled like smoke, dirty hotel.

OYO Hotel - O No... Gonna Pass Next Time
If you are looking for a less expensive, no frills, no amenities, just a place to sleep... then this hotel might work for you. I say might... because the elevators were broken and only one worked at a time. So long wait times to use the elevator and the stairs were scary and dirty. Our shower broke and would not turn off, but maintenance came quickly. Luckily we did not have anyone else waiting to use the shower!

Started with unexpected 20.00 parking fee as a guest, then a unexpected 300.00 deposit for room. Then there's only one working elevator that was manually operational by a employee. The bathroom was partially cleaned(tub was half clean. My requested LV strip was obstructed by flood lights aimed directly to upper floors of hotel. I paid for 2 person breakfast which discovered at check-in only redeemed at Hooters restaurant which had no breakfast menu on their website. That also caused an argument with my guest. Who insists it was my idea and not hotel we did not have meal I prepaid 4,. BTW upon leaving I discovered I was missing my 4 brand new hub caps and 1driver side front flat due to sloppy thieves cut the tpms valve stem getting my caps. I only requested a refund via hotel text msg. for prepaid breakfast as it was unredeemable as it was not verifiable on receipt because it is listed as a hotel fee and not breakfast. Hooters would redeem as they thought I was untruth about a prepaid meal for 2 people. I couldn't wait to get away from this place. I am still waiting on refund for demanded 300.00 deposit and a response from OYO administration regarding prepaid meal requested refund.

The elevator problems ruined it for me. I spent 1000 dollars on hotel rooms and the entire 18 floors have 1 working elevator. It comes about every 8 to 10 mins aneld when it opens its usually full . The last straw was after the 4th full elevator and 30 mins i was stuck on the 7th floor. I used the stairs from then on. It was brutal everyone was waiting so long and everyone was pissed off. One guy was cursing. He waited over 30 mins and everytime the doors open they told him its too full

This place is very unsafe and uncomfortable, the elevators dont have the buttons to push so i was stuck on the 3rd floor for about a hour trying to get out the building or down stairs no hot water, iron but no iron board ac barely working! For the price this is horrible.

Spent the weekend here and the elevators all went down the first night. 1 working elevator for the whole hotel all weekend long. Being disabled and on the 9th floor made it impossible to do anything but wait an hour each time I needed to get up to the room or leave and head down to the lobby. The personnel working the 1 and only operating elevator were great given a very bad situation. I did not see any repair crews working on any of the other elevators the whole time I was there. Given what I paid for the room I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but elevators are a necessity and the fact that they didn’t bother to work hard to fix them in a timely manner is unacceptable.

They broke the window of our car and took our belongings. You have to pay a fee for parking and the security guards don't even look after the car, which you had to spend money on to pay for parking.

Do you like waiting 20 min for an elevator!?!?!?!
You had to pay extra to park... if you booked with any other website you had to pay a resort fee... only ONE elevator was working so you had to wait 20ish minutes for the elevator and when it did come they packed everyone on there super tight. Only good part was the beds were comfortable even though you could hear the music playing all night... good distance to the airport.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean but whole casino and facilities are very old. But for the price it was great. You get what you paid for. You just need to get those elevators fixed and if not, there has to be some one stopping on the 2nd and 3rd floor all the time. I had to wait a long time before I called security to remind them that no elevator has stopped on 2nd floor ( call light to notify elevator did not work).
