My bathroom has mold in it, the water didn't get really warm, tv didn't work properly, the Staff was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them with asking them about not having hot water in my shower in my room.

Dirty room, rusted bathrooms, bad smell, unfriendly staff, the whole building need to be remodeling, it needs to be paint and patch. Filthy air filters super disgusting. The carpet had vomit and human fluids on it. I left the place and had to get a different hotel at a different hotel

It's an older hotel but it's at the very end of the strip so good for convenience. The hot water didn't work in my room but it was clean overall. Staff is good in person but really hard to get ahold of over the phone

The hotel is not for everyone. It sits off strip so you’re not in the hustle and bustle. I like the fact that once I got back to our hotel we still had access to a casino but with a less invasive crowd. The staff was always courteous. I was nervous about staying based on reviews but it’s not as some people make it out to be. If you’re used to 5 star resorts, this is not the place for you.

We didn't like all of it from the entrance at check-in to checkout...Dirty lobby and rooms too. Everywhere we went was as nasty and when we got to our room very disappointed to come to a dirty room...Never staying there again..It wasn't what we expected 😔
