Only one working elevator in the entire hotel, and it was the service elevator. Had to wait in line 20 to 25 minutes at times just to access your room. Felt the hotel was passed, outdated, and in desperate need to be remodeled.

Elevators were broken so we had to take the service elevator to the 5th floor, we waited over 10 minutes for the elevator. There was writing on the walls in the hall way. Blood splattered on the ceiling in the hall in front of the elevator on the 5th floor. The most dirty experience ever and the staff had nerve to be rude. Most of them looked like ex meth addicts. Our reservation was for 5 days but we checked out after 1 night and found another room.

I’ve never paid this much for a fee in a hotel ever in my life it’s insane. The elevators it’s been broken for months I heard one of the employees saying and the only one working scared me to death because it was making weird noises. The hallways were filthy. The pool closes early. Rooms need an update. The sink was clogged the night I arrived. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I’m definitely not coming back! The worse experience I ever had in a hotel.

Elevators were not working, no sign that they were in process of being repaired. Too many people waiting for 1 back-up service elevator, so stairs to the 8th floor was what we did. No discounts were offered for this massive inconvenience. Parking elevators also working intermittently. Room condition and fixtures were quite old with rust, no fridge in room, and ice machines not working. The noise from the A/C made me think it was on the verge of breaking down. Can I decline the resort fee if we didn't get any use of the reasons for its existence? Parking convenient, but $18? When a bargain is not a bargain.

ELEVATORS DO NOT WORK! staff tried to fight someone in the elevator. TV did not work neither did the ice machine and there was no shampoo or anything else in the room. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE!

I should've known better before booking this trip to read the reviews. I always do but this was a last minute trip. The reviews are NOT good and they are all true. Our room was not clean.. at all. Bathroom tub was flooded with some discolored water and other peoples hair floating and all over the wall and counters. They did change our room for us and the new one was.. ok... All 3 elevators are broken and they have been for months. You're stuck to either wait in the line for the one service elevator that's running or walk up the stairs.. We stayed on the 9th floor and it was brutal. Bartenders just up and leave for the day and force things to shut down. Our room did not get cleaned for 4 days that we were there... not a single clean towel once. It just overall was not a good experience, and I definitely will not be back! Do not book here!

There were 3 elevators and all of them were down. We had to use the service elevator which went down a couple times as well. They only allowed 6 people on at a time so sometimes the line waiting for the elevator was 45-60 minutes and it would jolt and often stop while people were on it. We were told by staff that someone got stuck in an elevator for over an hour and management refused to call the fire department. I booked a 2 queen room and was put in a 2 double room and when I complained about it I was told it was an upgrade. Our first room smelled like sewage and the air conditioner didn’t work so they moved us to a room that was acceptable. The staff were all very kind and handled things well, but this hotel should be closed until they can figure out the elevators. I would not stay here again, it’s not worth saving the $200.

1. There was only the staff elevator working which has been down for 5 months and they didn’t have the decency to even tell the customer prior to their stay. 2. Staff were extremely rude and everything took a long time due to staff shortage. 3. Our room was disgusting and had weird orders 4. Took thirty mins to get back and forth to rooms due to elevator 5. Pool closed at 5pm 100/10 don’t stay here !!!! Unless you like climbing 16 flights of stairs.

No Elevator!
Overall a roof over our head since it was for one night and I wanted to see how it was to stay there. Not pleased with only one elevator working for the entire hotel including the garage, and I was on the 15th floor. The elevator attendant wouldn’t allow me to get on. She did offer to take my luggage and I wait to get on later at some point. I understood that the hotel does not plan on fixing any of the elevators but at least one other on in working order would have been more accommodating.

Dirty, rundown hotel. The room was disgusting. The elevators were not working so the only option was to take the stairs. Inside the room there were sprinkler heads for the fire suppression system that were taped over from when they painted and the tape wasn’t removed. I was unaware there was a $300 security deposit on top of the cost of the room when I checked in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL.
