We received the room with broken pullout bed/couch. They say free valley parking, but believe me, after first three nights they asked us to park 20-30 minutes away from our building as nothing was available due to owner occupancy. It's better to stay with hotel which charges parking rather than falling for free parking, and regret later. Don't fall for the details mentioned on the website. Room was good, but with broken pullout bed, no proper blanket, no housekeeping.

Staff and service were great. The room had a broken picture frame, a broken cup, and toaster. I was contacted by the hotel after my stay asking for payment for the picture frame, $350. As always, take pictures of your room and report everything multiple times.

Great location, walking distance to everything in Vegas. However to the property owner of room 3314, you need to urgently fix the main shower drainage- shower is unusable- water cloth up badly, the sewer smell that comes up is horrible. This info was given at check out. Carpet needs deep cleaning.

Seven friends celebrating a 60th birthday enjoyed the 35th floor balcony view from two suites connected by a private foyer. The pull-out sofa beds, however, were completely unacceptable to accommodate two adults. Thin, lumpy mattress, with insufficient pillows and bedding (more was not delivered until the next morning).

The staff was short handed, only one pool open with a bar, most of the time one bartender. No food serve. Garbages full. Hard to get a chair. Definitely needs more servers. The MGM need to allow beer drinks to have the option of leaving the caps on.
