My biggest problem was the bathroom, it wasn’t dirty but it was heavily used and felt dirty. The iron board had a bunch of stains on it, definitely needs to be replaced. Stayed for only one night so it was fine.

James made check in pleasant. Room 252 had TV problems. Breakfast was inadequate. No bananas and no place to eat. Walls too thin so street traffic was audible. Curtain insufficient to fully block outside light at night.

The hotel was convenient to where we were going without all the resort fees. A little worn and rough around the edges. But clean and quiet and fine for a few hours stay. The front desk guy could have been way more friendly at check in.

The room was clean and comfortable, had plenty of plug sockets, and a good shower. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee and breakfast were also a nice touch. Walking distance from the MGM and the monorail.

The hotel advertises "free breakfast" but that is only dry cereal, breakfast bars, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There was no hot food. Also, the hotel advertises "airport shuttle." While still a good service, the shuttle costs $4 per person. This should be disclosed before booking. Otherwise, the staff is very nice and very helpful!
