I requested and paid to have two queen beds through this app and I did not get what I wanted. The hotel told me that since I booked through this 3rd party app, I’m not guaranteed the room I was trying to get and so I ended up getting 1 king size bed which I was not happy about. I had to sleep on an uncomfortable mattress that the hotel provided me because you guys couldn’t do your job right. Never booking through here again.

First off it was our first time booking here. My booking was given to someone else prior to my arrival. I paid for a river view & received a view looking at the parking lot! Front desk went ahead and waived the resort fee to make up for it which was such a smack in the face. The elevators were not functioning properly and I had to walk down 14 flights to exit the hotel. Never once did they have the common courtesy to inform the guests! Also the “four pools” they advertise is false there is only one pool and over crowded for the 1400 guests front desk mentioned the were servicing at the time. I will NEVER book or recommend this hotel.

The TP holder in the bathroom was way too close to the toilet. A slim person could NOT comfortably sit on the toilet. Furniture in rough condition, wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. I was supposed to have a room w/2 queen beds, got a room with 1queen for my son and I. Just zero attention to detail.
