First of all check in employee was new he did many mistakes during check in, room was too dirty with used soap and thrash, after first day, room service did not change sheets only pick thrash and replace towels, ac broke during first day at 1am took one hour to fix it and my family was sleeping during the repair that was so inconvenient, elevator broke mutiple times, pool was nasty and people have loud speakers and there was no regulation or security, food at restaurants was okay also accesible areas, casino experience was okay, parking was horrible lots of people drinking alcohol on the parking with no security around, no refund or apologize was given after the ac broke. Total disaster we visited with children and was zero kids menu, kids friendly zones.

The condition of the property is good in the lobby areas and the restaurants are good.However, the rest of the property is a jour room.Had no hot running water Without waiting 1 hour for it to warm up. The heating and cooling system in the room is terrible. The general manager front desk is the worst. Unable to help I'm willing to help. Should be fired. She has been there way too long. It was told that they were sold out, but was then told by other staff that they were not sold out. We tried to get enough grade and were unable to because of Front desk management! Cigarette smoke in casino In certain parts. Restaurants were fantastic. The view is great of the river. Make sure to call ahead as much as you can to verify Your room type! If you want a room upgrade you can get one for 20$.

First thing I noticed is they charge a resort fee of almost $17 a night when I asked them what it was for they told me for maintenance on the swimming pool in the grounds why don't they just charge more for the room I would have opted to stay somewhere else but I'd already prepaid the two nights I was there basically it comes down to a sneaky underhanded way to siphon money off unspecting people like me I'll never stay there again
