Room smelled so badly like cigarettes woke up after 1 night and could barely breathe, my chest hurt, couldn’t even open the window because it opened to a courtyard full of people smoking. It actually smelled cleaner in the hallway than in our room. when we asked for a new room we were told there were none available and they couldn’t do anything, basically like no big deal just deal with it. Finally after speaking to the manager we were given a new room. The new one did not smell like cigarettes but still very run down and dirty overall.

Elevators were out of commission. Needless to say it’s pretty disappointing to have to haul your bags up and down a stairwell. No advance notice provided, nor was assistance offered. The AC system rattled was barely able to cool the room. Overall, just a tired, beat up old hotel.

Elevators in very poor condition. Stairwell smelled bad. Room was clean, but dated and the air conditioning made a very loud rattle that prevented us from running during night time hours. Resort fee of $40 plus a night is outrageous for this property.

The rooms are dated,and not the cleanest room ,towels discoloured and torn, we had 1 regular coffee and one decaf coffee pod in our room. The attached restaurants were fabulous. Great food and not skimpy servings.
