Some of the ceiling was falling from parking lot, the AC in the room did not work well. The hallways to room was dirty / unvacuumed. Someone from the cash exchanged yelled at my dad to move my son by the restrooms instead of kindly asking us to wait somewhere else. The receptionist that checked me in for my first room did not check my ID , she told me to wait until 12:30 to check in for my second room and when i came back she said it wasn’t ready that maybe til 4 and i asked her why didn’t she say that in the first place instead of having me come back. She had long nails and eyeglasses, didnt catch her name. When staff pass by and i smile with a hello they just ignore and are rude. Definitely not coming back
