Love this place!
Can’t beat the ease of this hotel. Easy, fast checkin. You can park right in front of your room. Pool is big and clean and you can take your drinks in. The bar has live music on the weekends along with a great happy hour M-F 4-7. Pizza is really good. Weekend brunch buffet with bottomless mimosas for $25. Machines paid pretty good. The rooms aren’t fancy but they are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping stops by to see if you need anything. Security was cool even when they had to tell us we were breaking a rule, not douchy like some places. Overall just a simple, great place to stay and so affordable

Heather at the Bumbleberry flats was amazing. She took care of me when the kitchen lost my order. She came to check on me multiple times and was on top of everything. Would definitely come back to have her as my waitress.

Restaurant and service was very good. Excellent service and well prepared. Everything was clean and well maintained. This is an older casino and hotel, but is kept in pretty good condition. A few quirks with the rooms. Some of the card locks are inoperable. Couldn't get into my first room at all. The card lock simply would not work. My second room, an upgrade that I paid for, had to have help with the card lock. It required a specific method to make the card lock work. The room was very clean, except for a lot of dead bugs near the outside wall mounted air conditioner. The room obviously had not been used much and it showed. Forget using the internet. Was there for two nights and was unable to connect to their "free internet"

Love the Pioneer. I always stay here whenever I visit Laughlin. Basic accommodations for a great price, and I love the prime rib at Bumble Berry Flats.

The room was ok but they don’t clean it during your stay. It’s bare minimum of everything. Had to bring my own coffee pot. We stayed 6 nights so had to request more towels toilet paper etc. luckily I had a lot of my own trash bags. Housekeeping was very accommodating. Even let me borrow a broom! Floor gets sandy from beach. Everyone was super nice and sociable except one security staff. He was a grump. Other than that one grump …shaved hair and gray shirt. I know his name but won’t go that far…the security fellas were all very good. Felt comfortable they were keeping eye out.
