We stopped here on our drive across country for the night. We were glad we did. It was a beautiful hotel from right when you pull into the parking lot. Lots of lighting to light up the whole parking lot. The hotel is right across the street from Kansas State University.
Walking into the hotel, we were blown away by how nice it was inside. Nice big area where the many choices of a continental breakfast is served. There is a full bar as well that had ample seating. Many couches and chairs spread throughout. A business center that we didn’t use, but noticed a couple people that were. Indoor pool looked nice and inviting, but we didn’t use. Small store for snacks, drinks and microwaveable food. The night receptionist was welcoming. She told us all about the property and what it had to offer. I’ve chest and vending machines on each floor. We stayed in room 413, that had 2 queen size beds (all that was available when I booked the room while pulling into the parking lot). The room is so nice! Clean, ample lighting and comfortable beds. Bathroom is very nice. My only issue is the shower head. The water pressure is very light. Either change from a rain shower head, or lower it another foot or so. I’m just under 62” and there is no way I could reach the knob that changes the way the water comes out. My husband was able to reach it, but he said the knob didn’t make a difference in the pressure.
Next time I travel, I’ll definitely try to stay with this chain.
