This was a perfect stay for my 4boys and i. There was enough room for me to let them be children in our room. The hot breakfast was a plus before taking my eldest son to school. The blueberry waffles, were my wow for the breakfast. Clean the housekeeping were the kindest i have ever met, and engaged with my children in such a loving way, they understood motherhood as a whole. And this was a plus during hard times. The room was clean, room service came DAILY. A huge plus vs other experiences we have had at other hotels. We didnt have to request anything we had everything we needed. The wifi was in and out so it was a little hard to do my work from home work but i want to mention ther is an establish protocol you can do right from your room to have the wifi working again kn no time! I throughly enjoyed my stay here and this will be my top choice if we need another hotel! The picture: My children spilled some juice on the sheet and made a heart ❤️ sorry only had videos but eill be sure to take more pictues next time!

Check in - what is the advantage of booking online for ease of check in when I have to use a CC (cannot use the card my wife booked on) to place a $100 damage deposit? I even posted extra in advance for safe check in for any incidentals with schedule changes. Reason for visit was a procedure at nearby hospital. And then told it will clear after 5 days if no charges to be added? And then, I can’t get a printed receipt at checkout because it was booked 3rd party by my wife? We use the same CC.

The breakfast was okay. I mean I guess it's not a Hilton. It was suffice enough. Luckily there's a waffle House right next door. The room was fantastic it was clean comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly

We were not in the room with the additional pullout sofa. The heat and air unit was extra loud. The mini fridge kept sounding like water was coming out of it and you had to brace it to open it because it didn't fit it the opening and roced back and forth.The door was very hard to open and close. The door handles on each side were filthy.We woke up to the bathroom ceiling pouring water diwn where the 2 guests were showering above us.The breakfast was little to none and cold and watered down.
