The check 8n process was a bit unusual. There was a sign on the check in desk that said we needed to go to the hotel next door. We were given our keys and had to return to the original hotel to go to our room. Room was comfortable, however there was a lot of noise from the room above ours very late into the night and early into the morning hours.

The room was large & clean. That was amazing. However when we went to check in there was a sign to do that at the other hotel lobby so had to walk over to that hotel to check in, pool, and breakfest. Also we stayed 3 days & had to walk over and ask for our room to be cleaned. The staff then said what do you want cleaned? We said empty trash, make beds and clean towels. When we returned we had 2 clean towels. No wash cloths. Trash was emptied. Beds were as we left them. It made us feel like the super 8 is the hotel they up keep and we were second class staying here and made to walk to the super 8 and beg for things. All & all nice room if you are staying 1 night and need nothing extra

Be aware this hotel is not staffed. You have to go around about a hundred yards to check in at the comfort inn and then you’ll wish you stayed there. The be only had 2thin sheets with no bed spread or extra blankets. The pool shown in the add is at the comfort inn which is not accessible without going outside. Bed was hard as a rock. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

The Eagle Ridge Inn is adjacent to a Comfort Inn and seems to have been incorporated into the latter hotel, which is where one checks in and where breakfast is served. One also has access to the pool and gym at the Comfort Inn when staying at the Eagle Ridge Inn.

Desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean for the most part. Found quite a few long, black hair strands on the beds, in the bathroom and 1 in the fridge. That was kinda gross. There was also something black on the bed skirt, looked like grease. Other than that, the room was cozy. At the bottom of the staircase of the side entrance, there was a pile of dog poo that looks like it's been there for several days. Find it hard to believe the staff never noticed, or they just didn't want to touch it.

This hotel is strange because it’s treated as a completely different hotel but it’s on the property of the Comfort Inn. You check in at the Comfort Inn but then have to go to the adjacent building that has no signage out front, only printed pieces of paper indicating the hotel name. The staff was very friendly and helpful in pointing you in the right direction. Once you get into the hotel, the carpets are pretty filthy and there are some holes in the interior walls. The room was fine, although a little dated. Not far from downtown Le Claire, so lots of dining and sightseeing options for the area nearby. It was pet friendly, which was a huge plus.

Not the prettiest but was a great place to stay!
When you get there, it doesn’t look like a great place, but it is a really nice place to stay. Our room was huge and clean which was appreciated. The only problem we had was with the handle on the toilet broke and you couldn’t flush it without taking the lid off and pulling up the plunger. But maintenance came first thing in the morning and quickly fixed it. We had no other problems and our stay was a great one. I would recommend this Inn to everyone!

Hope it's not raining.
Apparently they are in the process of changing to long term stay rentals. We had to drive around the building to a Choice hotel lobby to check-in. The pool (heater was broken) and breakfast was in this hotel as well. So the only thing at our booked hotel was the bedroom. It's just the fact that we had to go outside. They did have vending and ice in our portion though. The room was clean and the AC was working. Nice sized refrigerator/sm freezer. Bonus points for having enough outlets!
